UTRAN and RNC Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Node-B parameter Optimization
- UTRAN design, planning and dimensioning
- Transport Network Design.
- UTRAN / Transport Network integration, operation and optimization.
- RF Network optimization support.
- UTRAN Performance Improvement service
- Mobile Packet Backbone Network design and operation.
- Experience in circuit and packet core networks NAS protocols
- Software upgrades and feature testing (Iu, service-based handovers, dual carrier service separation, and HSPA+).
- Thorough analyzing of both Uu (drive test logs) and Iu traces (UTRAN) focusing on RRC, RANAP, RNSAP, NBAP, and Q.AAL2 protocols
- Performing traffic forecast and expansion requirements.
- Performing UTRAN database audits.
- Performing end-to-end troubleshooting analysis
- Experience in ATM and TCP/IP protocols.
